Patterning

As the boys were stuffing eggs for their school egg hunt, we snuck a little math in! First we sorted the Reese's eggs into color groups.
Then I started a pattern and the boys extended the pattern. Here is Jacob doing an AB pattern.

Rylan doing another AB pattern. They did really good with AB and AABB and ABBABB.
It was lots of fun and they did not even know they were doing math! hahaha And, eating a few was fun too!
