Juggling two cameras is gong to drive this "persnickity for sequence" momma batty!!! But since this is a scrapbook for my family, I want to document events, even if they are not in calendar order! :)
For Father's Day we really celebrated a few days late. Jason was out of town on a claim on Sunday, which made it is melancholy day on the real FD, but our fake date FD was wonderful! We had dinner at one of our favorite special places...
Here are my 5 favorite boys! The boys got tilapia and fried shrimp. Jason got grilled fish...his favorite!
We went back to Popa's house for gift time! The boys picked out his card and he loved all the glitter! He kept saying, "That's the flashiest card I've ever seen!" Since we were headed to the Denver Mint the next week, we gave him a coupon for the 2011 Presidential Dollar set. We've been adding to his collection each Father's Day!
Then we gave GPop a coupon for the ride up Pike's Peak and Civil War Memory. The boys also wrote the top 8 things we love about GPop. SOoooooo sweet!
Since Father's Day was last month, I can report that Civil War Memory has been a HUGE hit! Almost every day that I tutor, the three of them have a tournament. Mom has accused Jacob of x-ray vision because he is SO good at the game! hahha
The boys picked out a really cute bought card and then they made top 10 lists for Jason. They were really funny and sweet too!
We got him another Mavs 2011 Championship DVD, a Bible study book and a pair of Vans.
Jason's favorite thing was being home! Thanks for being a great Daddy to our boys!!! We are so blessed (and glad to have you home!!!)
