It birthday time! Dad and Popa's birthday are 6 days apart, so we usually have a joint celebration. This year we all loaded up and went to our favorite place...
After stuffing ourselves silly on bread dipped in herbs and oil, pasta and chicken parm, we went back to Popa's for cake and presents! It was Dad's request to have a CakeLady almond cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
It was a hard day for Popa... the first BD without Granny, but he was OK when these two were by his side! He was showered with calls, cards and even a food basket! It made his feel so much better to have such love upon him.
This one was all grins and gets to start Medicare! He loves his boys!

I served the cake... dad was not disappointed in this cake! :)
