The other day while we were out shooting hoops, Rylan found a snail! He was SO excited to go pick it up, touch it, and examine the snail.
This boys of mine is not afraid to pick up any creepy crawlies.. geckos, lizards, any type of bug. He loves them all!!! He loves to count their legs, look for antennae, let them tickle his hand, see if they can fly.
This snail has taken the cake though... he was slimy! And when his head popped out you could see the antennae. Rylan LOVED it! After holding it for about 5 minutes, he took it WAY to the other side of the yard so that it would not get stepped on during the basketball game. So thoughtful!
Dear Rylan - May you always marvel at God's handiwork and appreciate all the wonderful things that God has made. May you always praise HIM for His creation! May you always seek to learn more about this world!
