Last of Valentines...maybe

Juggling two camera has been tricky! I just uploaded my point-n-shoot and found a few more Valentine photos. So here goes! As we did last year,we made a LOVE border around our dinner window. Every morning we would read a few pages from the book "101 Reasons I love God." Then I would ask the kids two questions and record their answers on the hearts.

On the left are our answers to the question "How do we show we love God?" Answers were: pray for sick people, sing to God, count our blessings, let Him help us when we are in need, pray, read Bible, by loving God, respect the animals because God made them, taking care of the world He made, obeying Him, sending happy notes to friends, be kind, be joyful, help others us when they fall down, obeying parents, being nice to others, helping your brother, tell others about God, worship Him every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

On the right are their answers to the question "How does God show He loves us?" Made His heart for us, loves us all the same, He smiles when I pray to Him, He protects us, He gives us a door out when tempted, gives us eternal life, He made us in our momma's belly, He created us, He loves us, He gave us the Bible to know Him and to work for Him, Letting us have the Bible freely, gave us our family, water to drink, He made our bodies to love Him, by letting us have the Holy Spirit and Bible, by letting Jesus die for us, He loves us no matter what,
The boys had a small Valentine party at school. They were going to pass out Valentines and then eat Happy Meals. The fun was to begin at 11. The fun actually began at 10:45 and poor, sweet Jacob would not eat until I arrived. That boy has such a tender heart!
Ryan was so excited about the Star Wars toys. He got an Anikan spinning top. Top of the world!
It is nice to be able to go to one room for their parties this year. I sure do love all the snuggles and hugs from my favorite boys!
