An Impromptu Tradition
Last summer, one Sunday night after services, we were standing in the dark parking lots chatting it up with Kyle and Lyndsey. Kyle said, "Why don't we move this to a restaurant!" And then it came out that his fave is ...
which just so happens to also be Jason's favorite! So we headed to WB for another 2 hours. The next week it happened again...standing, talking, need to sit and continue talking, WB. This happened about 3 weeks in a row and then school started. So now we go every Sunday that the kids don't have school the next day... and even a few that they do! The girls always sit at a 2 person table inbetween the two boy tables!
The big boys always sit at the next booth over. This night they were lamenting the end of the spicy ketchup!
And the little boys always sit in the corner booth. They have made millions of battle plans and rated foods til they were blue in the face.
What a fun blessing it is to share a meal and lots of talking with dear friends at a Texas tradition!
