Vacay - Night 3 - Baseball

Corpus has a minor league team, so we decided to brave the heat and take in a game. It was delightful!
At first Jason bought the cheapest tickets, then when we went to find them, we discovered they were grass seats. Since we had no blankets, he went and upgraded to chair seats. They were perfect! It was $1 Coke night! So we drank and drank Coke!
To our surprise, they were giving out Hooks footballs to the first 1000 children under 12...so we have 2 now! The boys asked why it was not a baseball...ummmm, good question!
Rylan picked a Hooks yo-yo for his souvenir. He has had more fun trying to figure it out!
Jacob picked a Hooks baseball. It has already become the favorite ball for front yard catch games with Daddy!
Out behind the outfield, there is a great play area for the kids... giant playscape, bounce house, basketball court, clock your pitch speed area and more. The boys loved playing after the game got slow...
It was a great night at the ballpark! We are all looking forward to more ball games this summer!
