So I should have posted this before the parade, but oh well... I wanted to document our Game 6 night of the NBA Finals. It was on Sunday, so as per our ritual we did not watch the first part of the game. Every time we watched from the beginning they lost! So we went to church as usual, but did not stay too long chatting! We turned on the TV and pressed pause at about the late-1st quarter. We got the boys put to bed and got in our designated spots on the couch, in our lucky attire and were ready to scream the Mavs to victory.

Bedtime is not our strongest area as parents...oh well, we're better at other areas. About 10 minutes into the game, we hear snickering. As we turn around, this is what we see...

Even though the Mavs had lost every game the kids had watched, we had faith in them to pull through! We let the kids stay up and I am so glad we did. It was so fun cheering, worrying, and being excited together. They loved seeing Diiiiirrrrrrk and team win! Here we are with 5 seconds left...And the best shot on the TV...
