Happy 4th of July!

Yes, it's late, but still sincere! We made this fun tear-paper flag on the 3rd and have it still hanging. The boys tore about 75% of the paper and glued it all. It is so pretty!!Our 4th started out at a local parade. This is our 3rd year to attend and we loved it again.
We saw some new friends from church walking to find a spot to sit and asked them to join us. The boys adore Coleman and Grayson, so they were so happy to share the parade with them. Jason and I had fun visiting with Alyssa, Dian and Shawn too! We hung out with them after the parade too and shared a yummy hot dog lunch in the park.

After sweating for hours, we came home and watched some episodes of this DVD... our favorite! It was originally on PBS (I think) and we check out one video from the library. It was not long before we bought the entire series! It is very historically accurate and not too graphic or scary.
After dinner at Spring Creek with the Sab's we went to the picture-perfect Hobby Lobby parking lot to watch fireworks! Our preacher and his family were there too and we had a blast!!!

Let the fireworks begin!

Rylan kept running across the field as if trying to touch the fireworks. It was really cute and he had fun!

God bless America!

Y'all's paper flag came out GREAT--very festive.

Glad y'all had fun at the parade, park and fireworks! Which parade was it? LC down main st. or another? We really need to go to a parade next year.

We love Liberty's Kids too!! All of us!
