The boys have always LOVED costumes and acting out scenes from books or history. This night, they were "random warriors" and ready for battle. They each had a belt to hold their swords and sabers. Rylan also had the shin protectors (gospel of peace armor!) and his Viking helmet.
Jacob was wearing his helmet too. He was the commander today as they fought the Chinese. We had just watched Mulan, so they were re-enacting that battle. It makes my heart warm that they always act out what we just watched or read!
Watch out world... and more specifically the Hun!
Santa brought these rocking horses in 2009 and the boys still use them in battle. Jason keeps trying to weed them out, but the horses are here to stay!
The brothers are off to war.. Tombstone style now!
