Reading Homework with Granna

In January, Jacob was given his first chapter book for a take home reader.  It happened to be given on an afternoon that I tutor, so he started reading it with Granna.  Afternoon on the Amazon quickly became an afternoon tradition... Jacob would NOT read it to me... only to Granna!   

I think Granna was excited as Jacob to hear the next chapter in Jack and Annie's adventure.  They have read 3 more Magic TreeHouse books together so far.  I love that Jacob loves to read and shares it with Granna!

Notice Jacob's pointer finger?  His adorable teacher gave them witch fingers at Halloween to use as pointers and Jacob still uses it all the time!  Oh the cuteness!!!
