Cookie Recipe - from www.eatathome.com1 Devil's Food Cake mix
1/3 C shredded coconut
1/2 C chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. coconut extract
Mix cake mix, butter, eggs and extract in mixing bowl. Add coconut and chips. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350.
