Since the boys go to the pre-school taught by our local high school students, they did not start school until the first week of October. They were SOOOOO excited to be going back. Jacob was a little apprehensive about meeting new friends since his other friends went on the Kindergarten, but it has been wonderful and he is already making friends! Jacob chose a space theme backpack and got a Cars 2 metal lunchbox from Granna and GPop. He is ready to go!
Rylan chose a robot theme backpack and also got a Cars 2 metal lunchbox from Granna and GPop. Rylan was totally ready to go back to school. He is excited to teach the new kids how to play super heroes at recess. He was also looking forward to meeting more new friends.
The first week was a complete success except that we were late the first day! We have to leave our house at 7:15 to make it on time. I lifted my head at 7:22! So we got ready as quick as we could, but still took photos and remained calm. We were only bout 45 minutes late. Jason and I went to breakfast at Cracker Barrel for our Boo-Hoo BReakfast and after school, we took them to Yogurt Bear to celebrate! The best part of school... 5 teachers are Wildcat football players! :)
